Audience: Does your trail guide have any short walks? My toddler has very strong opinions about walking.
Product guide
Ha, fair. The guide has short-loop options, with distance and difficulty for each one. Start small. Pack extra snacks.
Audience: Can we use it without a phone signal?
Product guide
Yep. Download the guide before you head out. The route notes are in the file, so you can check them offline.
Audience: Perfect. Send me the link?
Product guide
Here you go. Short loops first, snack breaks often.

Your business is the context.
Give your agent the answers, links, and products you already use. It can help people find what they need without making you paste the same reply again.

A few things to know.
What can a LinkStack agent do?
Help with Instagram DMs and public comments using your instructions and assigned knowledge. Agents can share approved links and products, collect contact details, and hand off to approved workflows. You choose the resources and actions each agent can use.
How is this different from a keyword automation?
A keyword automation follows the steps you set for a trigger. An agent uses the conversation and your knowledge to work out a relevant reply. You can use both together: add an AI Step to a workflow or assign an agent to a conversation in Inbox.
Will it send messages without me?
New agents start inactive, unpublished, and in Review first mode. You can review replies and actions before they run, or explicitly choose automatic replies when your confidence and knowledge requirements are met. Publish and activate when you’re ready. Take over in Inbox when a conversation needs you.
Can I test an agent before it talks to anyone?
Yes. Use Test agent to try DMs and public comments, inspect its sources, and refine a draft. Playground conversations simulate customer actions without sending messages to your audience. Publish your changes when you’re happy with the result.
Who can use AI Agents?
AI Agents is in private beta, with access enabled account by account. Request access and tell us what you’d like your agent to do. Creating an account or upgrading a plan does not automatically unlock the beta.
How does AI usage work?
Agents use LinkStack AI credits. Usage varies with the model, conversation, and work performed. Agent limits and included credits depend on your plan; beta access is separate. Review your usage in AI credit history.
