Terms of Service

LinkStack helps creators and businesses build link-in-bio pages, smart links, routing rules, and analytics for shared links. By creating an account or using LinkStack, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use LinkStack for a business, brand, or another person, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for them.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login secure. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

Handles, slugs, and public paths must not impersonate someone else, violate another party's rights, mislead visitors, or be held only for resale. We may rename, reclaim, suspend, or remove handles when needed to protect users, brands, the service, or legal rights.

You own the links, text, images, media, profile details, products, and other materials you add to LinkStack. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to use and share that content.

You grant LinkStack a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, resize, transmit, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service. This license ends when your content is deleted, except where retention is required for backups, logs, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business records.

Do not upload or link to content that is illegal, deceptive, harmful, infringing, malicious, sexually exploitative, hateful, harassing, or otherwise unsafe. We may remove content or restrict access when we believe it violates these Terms or creates risk.

You are responsible for the destinations you link to and for your interactions with visitors, customers, followers, and subscribers. If you sell products, collect information, run promotions, or use affiliate links, you are responsible for following all laws that apply to you.

LinkStack may connect with third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Amazon, social platforms, analytics tools, and payment providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, commissions, refunds, or disputes.

LinkStack may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize our payment provider to charge your payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, your paid features generally remain available until the end of the current billing period, then your account may move to a free plan.

You are responsible for any taxes, disclosures, affiliate notices, or other obligations related to your use of LinkStack, your content, your sales, or your earnings.

Do not misuse LinkStack. This includes attempting to break, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass limits, interfere with security, create accounts with bots, or use the service to distribute malware, spam, scams, or unlawful content.

We may monitor usage, investigate suspicious activity, rate-limit traffic, block links, or suspend accounts when needed to protect LinkStack, users, visitors, or third parties.

We may change, add, suspend, or discontinue parts of LinkStack at any time. We may also update these Terms. When changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

You may stop using LinkStack at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay fees, misuse the service, or if we are required to do so by law.

If your account is terminated, your content may no longer be available. We are not responsible for preserving content after suspension, termination, deletion, or plan downgrade.

LinkStack is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, specific results, or that every destination, app handoff, routing rule, or analytics event will work exactly as expected.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LinkStack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to LinkStack will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
