Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: May 2, 2026
LinkStack users can request deletion of account data and connected social account data at any time.
1. Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your LinkStack account data, email support@linkstack.fyi with the subject Data deletion request for LinkStack.
Include the email address you use to sign in to LinkStack and, if your request involves a connected social account, the Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other handle tied to that connection.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials.
2. Connected Social Accounts
If you connected Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or another social account to LinkStack, you can disconnect it from Settings under Social Integrations.
Disconnecting an integration stops LinkStack from using that connection going forward. To delete data already stored by LinkStack for that connection, send a deletion request by email.
3. What We Delete
A verified deletion request may cover account profile data, public bio page content, saved links, short links, routing rules, automation records, connected social account records, stored integration tokens, and analytics tied to your LinkStack account.
Some limited records may be kept where needed for billing, tax, legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, backups, or other legitimate business requirements.
4. Verification and Confirmation
We may need to verify that you control the LinkStack account before deleting data.
After we process the request, we will confirm by email. Backup copies and logs may expire on their normal retention schedule.
