- What does unlimited automations mean?
- No monthly cap on the trigger starts that begin your workflows. The allowance counts runs, rather than saved workflows or individual DMs. Instagram's messaging windows and rate limits still apply. Growth includes 2,500 AI credits per month; email sending has separate availability and delivery rules.
- Which Instagram accounts can connect?
- Connect a professional Instagram Business or Creator account and approve profile, comment, and message access. If you use a personal account, switch it to a professional account first.
- Can I collect emails and automate follow-ups?
- Yes. Ask for an email in a DM, save it to the contact, and deliver your link after a valid answer. Growth adds separate email workflows for subscribed contacts, including purchase follow-ups and abandoned checkout emails. Save your sender details in Settings → Email before publishing an email workflow.
