Open Audience → Segments → New segment to create a subscriber group. Open its name to see members, search or filter them, and use Add contact → Add an individual or Upload CSV. You can also select contacts in Audience and choose Add to segment. Forms require at least one subscriber segment and add confirmed signups to it. For a group based on rules, set Audience filters and choose Filters → Save segment; search text is not saved. Choose either kind of segment in broadcast Recipients, or select its members and choose Subscribe to automation. Bulk enrollment captures up to 5,000 current matches; future members are not enrolled automatically. Normal consent and plan rules still apply. Deleting a segment keeps its contacts; a segment used by a published form must first be removed from that form.

Audience shows imported contacts and people with an email address or phone number by default. Open Filters → People shown to include everyone, including chat-only contacts. Saved views and saved segments keep their own visibility settings.

Open a contact in Audience and choose Manage fields. Archive moves a field to Archived Fields and hides it from contact details and new field selections. Its saved contact values are kept. Choose Restore to bring back the same field and its values. Existing configured workflows can still use archived fields. Imported and manually created fields share one list.

Open Audience → Add contacts → Import. Upload a CSV or paste contacts, then map each column to a contact field, an active custom field, or Create a custom field. Include an email or phone. Matching contacts are updated field by field: nonblank imported values replace those fields, while blank or unmapped fields keep saved data. Tags are added, not removed. Conflicting email/phone matches are skipped. On review, remove the suggested tag for no import-wide tag, choose existing tags, or create multiple tags. Blank subscription statuses default to subscribed unless you choose unsubscribed; explicit opt-outs and existing unsubscribes are kept. Confirm permission and begin. Clicking outside keeps the import open; closing a draft asks before discarding it.

Select the flag or calling code beside any phone-number field, search for a country or code, and choose it. Then enter the national number, or paste a full international number starting with + to detect its country. Only the complete phone number is saved when you submit or save the form. Clear the number to leave an optional phone field empty.

Start with one task on Home. Create a Smart Link walks through destination, review, and sharing, with supported app opening and browser fallback. Set up Amazon links adds your existing Associates tags and storefronts along the way. Create your Link in Bio walks through address, style, content, and review. Choose Create your media kit to open Media Kit setup; create a bio page first if you do not have one. The media-kit suggestion stays in Do this next until you create a draft or dismiss it. When available, Add a product lets you choose a product type and guides you inside its existing editor, and Create an Instagram automation first asks you to connect Instagram or continue without it. Then the workflow editor guides you through the destination, trigger, message, and review. You can dismiss that guide and keep editing. A basic page or link does not need an affiliate program or extra profile details.

Choose Create at the bottom of the sidebar, or in the bottom navigation on mobile. The popup offers Link, Automation, Link in Bio, Product, Email, and Contact when available for your account. Each option opens its existing setup flow; Automation opens the New automation template modal, Product lets you choose a product type, and Contact opens the contact form. Choosing an option does not publish content or send a message. Plan-limited actions show the upgrade options. Close the popup with ×, Escape, or a click outside.

Yes. In Do this next, choose the × on a setup suggestion you do not need. Completed steps disappear automatically. The main setup card and More ways to start also disappear once your selected goal is complete, such as creating an active link or publishing your page, product, or automation. You can still open your work from navigation. The remaining suggestion cards fill the available width, the final suggestion becomes a compact row, and the section disappears when nothing is left. Dismissing a suggestion does not remove the feature from your workspace.
