Affiliate Terms

Any LinkStack account holder may join the LinkStack Affiliate Program without an application, audience minimum, or paid subscription. You join when you accept these Affiliate Terms and activate your referral link.

You must keep your LinkStack account in good standing and provide accurate payout information. Participation does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint-venture, or exclusive relationship with LinkStack.

A qualified referral begins when a visitor follows your valid LinkStack referral link. LinkStack uses first-qualified-affiliate attribution during the current anonymous referral window. Once the visitor creates a LinkStack account, that affiliate relationship is locked to the account and can continue across devices.

Anonymous tracking is browser-specific and is not guaranteed across devices, cleared cookies, privacy controls, blocked storage, malformed links, or other technical interruptions. LinkStack may make a documented attribution correction when credible evidence supports it, but corrections are exceptional and are not guaranteed.

Self-referrals and circular referral chains do not qualify. You may not create, control, or coordinate related accounts for the primary purpose of manufacturing commissions.

The commission rate or schedule for a qualified referral is recorded when that referral is attributed. Commission is earned only when LinkStack actually collects an eligible subscription payment while the referral, your participation, and the Affiliate Program remain eligible under these Terms. A referral does not create a right to commission on future payments before they are collected.

When second-tier earnings are active, you also earn the recorded second-tier rate, currently 10%, on eligible subscription payments from customers directly referred by your own qualified referrals. Your referral must activate their affiliate link but does not need a paid plan. The second-tier commission is a share of subscription revenue, in addition to the direct affiliate's commission. It stops after this second level and remains subject to the same eligibility and termination rules as direct commission.

Existing recorded referral chains can qualify for second-tier earnings on payments collected after the program's second-tier launch. Payments collected before launch do not gain second-tier commission, even if processed again later. Each qualified referral records its recipients and rates; subsequent settings changes do not rewrite those records. Missing historical referral relationships cannot be inferred or guaranteed.

LinkStack may change default rates for future referrals with the notice described in Section 10. Existing qualified referrals retain their recorded rates and schedules, and Founding Creators retain their founding schedules for future qualified referrals while their participation and the Program remain active. Changes do not retroactively reduce earned commission except for fraud, documented error, refund, chargeback, or a separately agreed written arrangement. Ending enrollment alone does not change founding rates.

Commission is calculated on subscription revenue LinkStack actually collects after discounts, credits, refunds, and chargebacks, excluding sales tax. Ordinary payment-processing fees are not subtracted before commission is calculated. Free, complimentary, fraudulent, disputed, and refunded transactions do not earn commission.

Founding Creators earn 70% on eligible subscription payments collected during the 12 calendar months following each newly attributed customer's first paid subscription payment, then 40%, while participation and the Program remain active. Eligibility uses UTC payment dates, with the 40% rate starting on the first payment date’s 12-month anniversary (the last day of that month if needed). The first-year window does not pause or restart for cancellations, refunds, plan changes, or new subscriptions. Both monthly and annual payments qualify. These periods describe the commission schedule and do not guarantee that participation or the Program will continue for any minimum period.

Founding enrollment is open until LinkStack closes the offer. Our first 100 founding creators is a recruitment target, not an automatic enrollment limit. Creators enrolled in this founding offer retain their 70% / 40% direct schedule and their 10% second-tier schedule for future qualified referrals after enrollment closes, while participation and the Program remain active. The notice and termination provisions in Sections 9 and 10 apply. Existing referrals and earlier agreements retain their previously recorded terms.

New commission remains pending for the hold period shown in the Affiliate dashboard, currently 30 days. A refund, chargeback, fraud finding, or billing correction may reduce or reverse pending commission.

If LinkStack has already paid commission that later becomes ineligible, the corresponding amount may be deducted from future affiliate earnings or otherwise recovered where permitted by law.

Eligible balances are reviewed for payout monthly after they reach the minimum shown in the Affiliate dashboard, currently $25. Balances below the minimum roll forward and do not expire while the account remains in good standing.

You may earn before payout setup is complete, but LinkStack cannot send funds until applicable payout, identity, tax, and compliance requirements are complete. Payout timing can vary because of weekends, provider review, missing information, suspected abuse, or legal requirements.

You are responsible for your own taxes, filings, and professional advice. LinkStack may require tax documentation or use a third-party payout provider rather than storing bank or tax identifiers directly.

After participation or the Program ends, legitimately earned unpaid commissions, including amounts still within their hold period, remain payable. LinkStack will arrange the final payout in the next regular monthly payout cycle after applicable holds and required payout, identity, tax, and compliance checks are complete. The minimum payout threshold is waived for this final settlement. Ending participation does not itself forfeit legitimate earnings.

Referral names are program-specific, case-insensitively unique, and subject to format and reserved-name rules. You may change your current referral name. Historical names remain assigned to your affiliate account so old links keep working and cannot be claimed by someone else.

You may link to eligible LinkStack marketing pages with the ref parameter. You may not hide, alter, or misuse a referral link in a way that misleads a visitor about the destination, your relationship with LinkStack, or the result they should expect.

Clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may receive a commission when sharing your referral link. Recommended language: ‘I may earn a commission if you sign up through this link.’ The words ‘affiliate link’ by themselves may not be clear enough.

You are responsible for complying with advertising, endorsement, consumer-protection, platform, and other rules that apply to your promotion.

Do not use unlawful or unsolicited spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, impersonation, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, adware, deceptive redirects, automated account creation, or other abusive methods to promote LinkStack.

Without LinkStack's prior written permission, do not run paid search campaigns that bid directly on LinkStack, LinkStack.fyi, confusing misspellings, or LinkStack trademarks.

Do not make false or unsupported statements about LinkStack features, pricing, expected earnings, savings, guarantees, partnerships, or endorsements.

You may end your participation at any time by contacting LinkStack. LinkStack may terminate your participation without cause, or discontinue the Affiliate Program, by giving at least 30 days’ advance written notice stating the effective termination date.

Eligible payments collected before that date continue to earn commission under the applicable schedule. No new commissions accrue on payments collected on or after the effective termination date, including renewals and other payments from customers referred before termination. This applies even if a referred customer remains subscribed or has not completed their first 12 months. Commission earned before termination remains payable under Section 5.

LinkStack may investigate traffic, accounts, transactions, and promotional methods for suspected fraud, abuse, or material violations of these Terms. During review, LinkStack may suspend participation, stop accepting new referrals, and temporarily hold reasonably disputed commissions. LinkStack will review the matter promptly and communicate its outcome.

LinkStack may terminate participation immediately for confirmed fraud, a material breach, or where required by law. Commissions attributable to fraudulent, prohibited, refunded, or otherwise ineligible transactions may be reversed or recovered where legally permitted. Legitimate commissions unrelated to a violation remain payable, subject to applicable law and necessary verification.

When participation ends, you must stop presenting yourself as an active LinkStack affiliate and stop promoting your affiliate links. Refund adjustments, final-payment obligations, and provisions needed to resolve existing disputes survive termination.

LinkStack may update these Terms, future referral offers, or program rules with at least 15 days’ advance written notice. The notice will describe the change, its effective date, and the participants and referrals it affects. Changes remain subject to the rate protections in Section 3 and cannot retroactively reduce legitimately earned commission.

A change that ends participation or the Program, or eliminates future commission eligibility, requires the 30-day notice in Section 9 unless immediate termination is permitted under that section. The 15-day change procedure cannot be used to bypass the 30-day termination period or unilaterally remove the rate protections in Section 3.

LinkStack will send notices to your account email address and may also display them in the Affiliate dashboard. Posting revised Terms publicly is not, by itself, notice. Keep your account email address current. Continued active participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law; where express acceptance is required, LinkStack will obtain it before applying the change.

No public performance tier, sub-affiliate commission, coupon attribution, or recruitment bonus is promised unless LinkStack announces it in writing.

LinkStack's good-faith records control attribution, collected revenue, commission, holds, adjustments, and payouts unless a clear error is shown. Contact support promptly if you believe a record is incorrect. Attribution correction requests should generally be submitted within 30 days of signup.

These Affiliate Terms supplement the LinkStack Terms of Service. If they conflict on an affiliate-program issue, these Affiliate Terms control for that issue.

These Terms apply to participants who enroll under this version. They do not automatically replace an earlier accepted affiliate agreement or individually negotiated arrangement. Changes to an existing participant’s agreement must follow that agreement and applicable law. Existing acceptance records and earned commissions are preserved.

Participation, referrals, or payments under an earlier agreement do not become subject to the termination cutoff in this version merely because this page has been updated.
