How to view form responses

Where responses live

Responses show in Bio analytics for the selected date range and in Contacts as collected contacts. Bio analytics is best for recent response context. Contacts is best for follow-up.

Bio analytics steps

1. 1Open Dashboard, then Bio.
2. 2Choose Analytics.
3. 3Set the date range.
4. 4Find Form responses.
5. 5Click View on a response.
6. 6Review contact fields, custom answers, country, platform, device, and referrer.

Contacts steps

1. 1Open Contacts.
2. 2Search by email or name if needed.
3. 3Find the contact.
4. 4Click View response to open the response snapshot.
