How to set up Stripe for digital products
Connect your own Stripe account so buyers can check out and payouts can go to you.

Before you start
Stripe setup is required before paid product checkout can run. You can build products first, but checkout stays paused until Stripe says payments are ready.
Connect from Settings
- 1Open Settings.
- 2Find Stripe setup.
- 3Click Connect Stripe.
- 4Complete the Stripe onboarding flow.
- 5Return to LinkStack.
- 6Click Refresh status if the card still says Setup pending.
- 7Confirm Payments shows Ready before sending buyers to a paid product.
Connect from Products
- 1Open Dashboard, then Products.
- 2Find the Stripe setup card.
- 3Click Connect Stripe or Finish Stripe setup.
- 4Complete Stripe onboarding.
- 5Return to Products and confirm the status says Payments ready.
What the status means
- Not connected means no Stripe account is attached yet.
- Setup pending means LinkStack has a Stripe account, but Stripe still needs more information.
- Needs attention means Stripe restricted the account until the missing details are fixed.
- Payments ready means buyers can check out.
- Payouts ready means Stripe can send funds to the connected account.
