How to review AI replies before sending

Use the Review Queue to approve, edit, reject, and audit AI replies before they leave LinkStack.

Review Queue catches review-first agent replies, uncertain auto-send decisions, AI workflow steps, and handoffs that need a person.

Steps

  1. 1Open Dashboard, then AI.
  2. 2Open Review Queue.
  3. 3Stay on Pending.
  4. 4Read the inbound context, contact details, confidence, and suggested reply.
  5. 5Edit the text if it needs a human pass.
  6. 6Click Approve & send to send it as written.
  7. 7Click Send edited when you changed the draft.
  8. 8Click Reject when the agent should not answer.
  9. 9Open History when you want to audit sent, edited, rejected, or failed items.

Use review to tune

  • Repeated edits usually mean the agent needs clearer behavior instructions.
  • Wrong links usually mean the Smart Link knowledge needs a better Send this link when note.
  • Low confidence usually means knowledge is missing or too broad.
  • Do not switch to Auto-send until reviews feel boring.
