Before you start

Create one focused agent first. Add another only when the next job needs different rules, knowledge, or confidence settings.

Steps

  1. 1Open Dashboard, then AI.
  2. 2Stay on Agents.
  3. 3Enter a practical agent name, like Product DM helper or Gear reply bot.
  4. 4Click Create. New agents start in Review first mode.
  5. 5Open the agent.
  6. 6Fill What this agent is for, Reply mode, When it runs, and Where it can answer.
  7. 7Write the Role, Voice, What it should do, What it should avoid, and When it is unsure.
  8. 8Assign trusted knowledge sources.
  9. 9Click Save changes.
  10. 10Use Playground to test realistic DMs.
  11. 11Click Publish draft when the answers look right.
  12. 12Set Status to Active only when the agent should run in enabled channels.

Safe defaults

  • Use Review first while learning.
  • Use Keywords only for specialized agents.
  • Keep Manual only when the agent should stay out of automatic inbox routing.
  • Move to Auto-send when confident only after tests and reviews are consistently right.
