An outgoing email message.

What LinkStack styles automatically

  • A centered LinkStack header and a clear subject heading.
  • A lightly bordered message panel that separates the important details from the actions.
  • A high-contrast primary button plus separate management, calendar, recovery, or unsubscribe links when the message needs them.
  • Responsive spacing for narrow inboxes and a complete plain-text version for clients that do not show HTML.

Edit a customer email

  1. 1Open Email broadcasts from the dashboard and choose Templates.
  2. 2Expand the customer-email folder you need: Bookings, Webinars, Orders, Courses, Memberships, or Reviews.
  3. 3Choose Customize or Edit beside the message.
  4. 4Edit the Subject, Message, and Button label. Use Personalize to insert supported customer, product, order, or event details.
  5. 5Check the email preview, then click Save email. Future matching emails use the saved copy inside the same branded layout.

What stays protected

The editor changes words, not delivery plumbing. LinkStack keeps the verified sending address, logo and layout, primary destination, secondary secure links, calendar attachment, unsubscribe destination, and plain-text fallback attached at send time. Product and bio appearance themes do not recolor transaction emails.

Check the real email

  1. 1Save the template.
  2. 2Complete a test booking, registration, or purchase using an inbox you can check.
  3. 3Open the email on desktop and mobile, then confirm the sender name, subject, message, button, secondary links, and any calendar attachment.
  4. 4Return to the template and adjust the copy if the important details are not easy to scan.
