How to connect and verify a custom bio domain

Point a domain you own to a published bio page, add the records LinkStack shows, and check verification.

Before you start

  • One custom domain is included with Growth.
  • Create and publish the bio page you want the domain to serve.
  • Use a domain or subdomain you own.
  • The verified domain becomes the account default for bio pages and Links.

Add the domain

  1. Open Settings and choose Domains.
  2. Enter the apex domain or subdomain.
  3. Choose the bio page it should serve.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Copy the DNS routing record LinkStack shows into your domain provider.
  6. Copy the LinkStack TXT ownership record exactly as shown.

Check verification

  1. Wait for the DNS provider to publish the new records.
  2. Return to Settings and Domains.
  3. Click Check beside the domain.
  4. Resolve any routing, ownership, or HTTPS message shown by LinkStack.
  5. When the status is Verified, open the domain and confirm the correct published bio page appears.

Keep the default URL

The bio page's short lstk.me handle and original linkstack.fyi handle both remain available. Each Link can use the account default, a verified custom domain, lstk.me, or linkstack.fyi.
