Choose your Inbox sources
- 1Open Settings and choose Inbox.
- 2Find Inbox sources.
- 3Turn Instagram or Facebook On to include that network, or Off to exclude it. Changes autosave.
- 4Return to Inbox. The conversation list, labels, channel filters, and dashboard attention counts now use the saved choices.
What changes—and what does not
- Instagram covers DMs, story replies, and captured comments. Facebook covers Messenger conversations and captured Facebook comments.
- Turning a source Off hides its saved conversations and removes them from Inbox attention counts.
- The account stays connected, history stays saved, and automations keep capturing and processing messages.
- Turn the source On again to restore its conversations.
If a Facebook contact has no name
Facebook may deliver a Messenger event without allowing LinkStack to read the sender profile. This commonly happens when the Page was connected for insights but message access was not approved. Open Settings → Integrations. If the Facebook account says Inbox access is off, click Reconnect Facebook and approve message access. Until Meta returns a name, LinkStack uses Facebook contact instead of Unknown contact. After reconnecting, open the saved conversation again so LinkStack can retry its profile.
