How do I pause automations after a manual reply?

By default, a manual Inbox reply pauses new automations for that contact for 30 minutes. Change the toggle or cooldown under Settings → Integrations → Conversations. LinkStack resumes them automatically when the cooldown ends.

  2. 2Choose Integrations.
  3. 3Under Conversations, leave the setting On and enter a cooldown from 1 to 1440 minutes, or turn it Off. Changes autosave.
