Before you connect

Zoom is available when Appointments are enabled for your LinkStack account. You need a Zoom account that can create meetings, and your Zoom plan still controls its meeting limits.

Connect Zoom

  1. Open Settings and choose Integrations.
  2. Find Zoom under Scheduling and click Connect Zoom.
  3. Sign in to the Zoom account you want LinkStack to use.
  4. Review the requested permissions and click Allow.
  5. Return to LinkStack and confirm that Zoom shows Connected.

Choose Connect Zoom, then approve the connection in your own Zoom account.

Use Zoom for an appointment

  1. Open Products and create or edit an Appointment.
  2. Under Product, expand Appointment setup.
  3. Choose Zoom from Meeting location.
  4. Finish the appointment duration and availability settings.
  5. Save or publish the appointment.
  • LinkStack creates a private Zoom meeting after a booking is confirmed.
  • The attendee receives the Zoom join link in the confirmation and reminder messages.
  • Rescheduling updates the meeting time and duration.
  • Canceling removes the related Zoom meeting.

Zoom data used by LinkStack

LinkStack reads the authorized Zoom user's account ID and email, then creates, updates, or deletes only the Zoom meetings needed for LinkStack bookings. LinkStack does not access Zoom recordings, chat messages, or unrelated meetings. OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest.

Disconnect or remove Zoom

  1. Open Settings and choose Integrations.
  2. Find Zoom under Scheduling and click Disconnect.
  3. To remove access from Zoom directly, sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace, open Manage > Added Apps, find LinkStack, and click Remove.
  • Disconnecting Zoom moves every published Zoom appointment back to Draft and disables its live bio card.
  • After reconnecting, review each affected appointment and publish it again. You can also choose another meeting location before publishing.
  • Disconnecting stops LinkStack from creating or changing future Zoom meetings.
  • You can reconnect at any time from Settings > Integrations.
