Add an image to a slide
- 1With an admin account, open Admin → Announcements and create or edit a campaign.
- 2On the slide, choose Upload image or drag in a JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, BMP, HEIC, or HEIF file up to 5 MB.
- 3In Crop announcement image, drag the photo and adjust the zoom to frame it. Confirm to upload the 1200 × 1500 crop. Cancel leaves the current image unchanged. Animated images become a still image.
- 4Wait for the upload, then choose Preview to check the image with your slide copy. The image replaces the built-in visual and its full crop remains visible.
- 5Save or create the announcement to keep the image on the slide. Use Draft if you are not ready to show the announcement to users.
Replace or remove an image
- Choose another image to crop and upload a replacement. Remove clears the slide image and restores the selected built-in visual. Save afterward to keep either change.
- You can still enter a local path or HTTPS address in Image URL instead of uploading a file.
- If uploading fails, the crop stays open for retry and the previous image is kept. Save and Preview are unavailable while an upload is running.
