LinkStack product and setup support Reviewed October 9, 2026 LinkStack brings bio pages, links, creator products, Instagram automations, email, and analytics into one workspace. Its customers include fitness coaches, growth coaches, business coaches, and affiliate promoters. Where should I start? Ask what the customer wants to share or sell. A bio page collects their offers and destinations in one place. A Link gives them a shareable destination with supported routing and click data. Instagram automations handle eligible interactions on a connected professional Instagram account. Availability and allowances depend on the feature and plan. How do I add a Link? Open Dashboard, then Links. Paste the destination URL and choose Create link. Review the title, detected app behavior, browser fallback, and available options, then confirm Create link. Open the saved Link and check the destination before sharing it. Use Help center for the full walkthrough. Which Instagram accounts can connect? Instagram Business and Creator accounts can connect. A personal account needs to switch to a professional account first. Instagram comment, DM, and story workflows need a connected account before going live. Where do I compare plans? Use Plans and billing to check the current public comparison. Do not infer a customer's plan or remaining allowance from their message. If they need help with their own account or an unexpected restriction, use Contact support and hand the conversation to a person. The agent has no account diagnostic access. Do not claim to have checked a connection, found a bug, or confirmed an outage. Ask what the customer sees and use the documented next step, or hand off when the source does not cover the issue.
