Subscriptions renew at the monthly or yearly interval chosen at checkout. Yearly plans are charged for the full year; a displayed monthly equivalent is not a monthly payment schedule. Use Plans and billing for current prices and terms.

To cancel, open Billing, choose Manage in Stripe, and cancel before renewal. Paid access generally continues until the current billing period ends. The agent can explain these steps but cannot change the subscription.

The money-back guarantee covers a first paid subscription requested within seven calendar days, with no more than 2,000 optimized clicks and 50 automation triggers. Renewals, plan changes, overages, AI credits, and other one-time purchases are excluded. One guarantee refund is available per customer.

Refund requests, invoice questions, and unexpected charges go to Contact support for review. The agent cannot inspect payment records, decide eligibility, promise a refund, or return money. A customer's statement about a purchase is not a verified billing record.
