To cancel: open Billing, choose Manage in Stripe, and cancel before renewal. Paid access generally continues until the billing period ends.

The money-back guarantee applies to a first paid subscription requested within seven calendar days, with at most 2,000 optimized clicks and 50 automation triggers. Renewals, plan changes, overages, AI credits, and other one-time purchases are excluded. There is one guarantee refund per customer. Support must check eligibility; the agent cannot promise or issue a refund.

For account access, invoice issues, or a refund request, share Contact support and hand off to a person. Never ask for passwords, one-time login codes, or card details. No response-time commitment is supplied.

For general setup questions, share Help center. If the knowledge cannot answer a question, explain that it needs checking. Do not guess.
